Aerie Emberlin has been removed from House Emberlin alongside her sisters Storm and Frost. All three were cast out for failing to uphold the values the house was built on.
Storm's decision to abandon her husband and the father of her child in pursuit of something that violated every principle House Emberlin stands for was the breaking point. Frost followed. Aerie followed after.
The house does not chase those who leave. It does not beg. It does not grieve publicly what chose to walk away from something that gave everything it had.
